Features by plan
Each plan includes everything in the plans below it.
Billing terms
On the billing page, a slider picks how many months you pay for at a time. Every extra month lowers the price per month. Most of the discount arrives by 6 months, then it grows more slowly up to the yearly price at 12 months. Below the slider, a suggestion shows how much you'd save by picking the next step. Tap it to move the slider there.
Discounts off the monthly price, for card, PayPal and the other one-time methods:
| Term | Premium | Business | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 month | Monthly price | Monthly price | Monthly price |
| 2 months | 15% off | 18% off | 5% off |
| 3 months | 23% off | 27% off | 8% off |
| 4 months | 29% off | 34% off | 10% off |
| 6 months | 40% off | 47% off | 13% off |
| 9 months | 45% off | 53% off | 15% off |
| 11 months | 48% off | 56% off | 16% off |
| 12 months | Yearly price | Yearly price | Yearly price |
The months in between fall between the rows above. One-time payments can also cover longer terms:
| Term | One-time payments |
|---|---|
| 13–17 months | Yearly rate per month |
| 18–23 months | Yearly rate per month, 5% off |
| 24 months | Yearly rate per month, 10% off |
| Lifetime | Lifetime price |
- Subscriptions (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) renew automatically every 1 to 12 months. The price you sign up at stays the same for as long as the subscription runs, even if prices change later.
- One-time payments (Klarna, Revolut Pay, MobilePay and the other local methods) pay for 1 to 24 months up front, or lifetime. They don't renew. Any time you have left is kept and the new time is added on top.
- Crypto has its own, larger discounts. See Paying with crypto.
Renewal reminders
- Subscriptions with a term of 3 months or longer get an email 7 days before they renew. It shows the renewal date and the amount you'll be charged, including any promo that still applies, and links to the billing page where you can change your term or cancel.
- One-time and crypto plans don't renew. You get an email 3 days before they end.
Extending your plan
If you're on a paid plan, you can pay for extra months of the same plan ahead of time, for example to use an offer that's running now. Use Extend your plan on the billing page.
- The extra months are added after the time you've already paid for. On a subscription, your next renewal moves back by that many months, and the subscription then continues as before.
- You can pay up to 24 months ahead.
- Extensions are one-time payments by card or the other one-time methods, and use the same term discounts. Crypto can extend plans that were paid one-time or with crypto, but not a card or PayPal subscription.
- Not available on Lifetime plans or during the free trial. To switch plans, upgrade or downgrade instead.
- If an extension is refunded, only the part you haven't used yet is removed.
Free trial
- Every new account gets Business free for 14 days, starting as soon as you sign up. No card is needed.
- To keep Business, add a payment method on the billing page during the trial or after it ends. If you don't, the account moves to Free when the trial ends.
- Redeeming a partner code ends the trial. The dashboard then shows the plan from the code and its own expiry date.
Payment methods
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Revolut Pay, MobilePay, WeChat Pay, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS and iDEAL.
- Crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and others.
- Payments go through a payment provider, so RestoreCord never sees your card details.
Paying with crypto
- Crypto prices are in EUR. A network fee of 5–15% is added on top (lower on larger amounts).
- Choose any term from 1 to 24 months, or Lifetime. Crypto discounts are larger than card discounts, up to 70% on long terms.
- The plan activates after 1 network confirmation, which can take up to 24 hours.
- If you paid too little, send the remainder to the same address.
- Crypto plans don’t auto-renew. Renew manually before the plan runs out.
Coupons, gift cards and partner codes
| Type | How it works |
|---|---|
| Coupons | Enter them at checkout. Some apply automatically (“Special Offer Available!”). See Promo codes. |
| Gift cards | Use Redeem Gift Card on the billing page. Gifts are non-refundable. |
| Partner codes | Redeem on the billing page for free days. Renew there when they run out. |
| TicketCord Pro | Paid Business and Enterprise accounts get TicketCord Pro for free. Link your RestoreCord account in your TicketCord dashboard to turn it on. Trials don't include it. The TicketCord banner on the dashboard home page shows whether your plan includes it and links to TicketCord. |
Promo codes
- One code applies per checkout. If several offers apply automatically, the one that gives you the lowest price is used. A code you type in replaces an automatic offer when it's valid.
- A promo can apply to the first payment only, to the first few renewals, or to every renewal. Checkout shows which.
- When a promo ends, you keep paying your term price, including its term discount.
- A promo you've already received is kept even if the offer later ends or runs out.
- A code can be limited to certain plans, payment methods or term lengths, to new customers, or to one use per account. If it doesn't apply, checkout shows why, for example that the code has reached its usage limit or needs a longer term.
- Promo codes can't be combined with partner codes.
Changing or cancelling your plan
| Change | What happens |
|---|---|
| Upgrade | You pay the difference straight away and the new plan applies immediately. |
| Downgrade or cancel | Paid features stay until the end of the billing period, including any months you paid ahead. Then the higher-plan features are removed. |
| Change billing term | Pick a new term on the billing page. It applies from your next renewal. Any promo renewals you have left carry over. |
| Payment method, invoices, cancelling | Use Manage next to your subscription on the billing page. Change your billing term on the billing page itself. |
| Expiry | When a plan runs out, the account moves to Free and you get a “<Plan> Subscription Expired” email with a renew link. |
What is kept after a downgrade
Your members and servers are not deleted when you downgrade or a plan expires. Settings above your new plan stop working, and the new plan's limits apply, so you can't create more backups, tracking links or other items beyond the new limit.
Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for eligibility. Gifts are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact support with your order details.
