Overview
The Pull Members feature allows you to migrate your verified members from one Discord server to another. This is useful when you need to move your community to a new server while keeping all your verified members.
Make sure you have invited your bot to the destination server before pulling members.
Pull Members Steps
Navigate to Servers
Go to the RestoreCord Dashboard and click Servers in the sidebar.
Start Pull Members
Find the server you want to pull members from and click the Pull Members button (highlighted in green) on the server card.
Select Destination Server
In the popup that appears, select the Discord server where you want to pull the members to.
Only servers where your bot has been invited will appear in the list. Make sure to invite your bot to the destination server first.
Configure Pull Options (Optional)
You can customize your pull operation with these optional settings:
Select a role to give to members when they are pulled to the destination server. For example, you can assign the "Verified" role so pulled members automatically have access to your server channels.
Start the Migration
Click Pull to begin the migration process. The bot will start pulling members to the destination server.
You can monitor the progress of your pull operation in the Tasks & Notifications section on the Dashboard.
Important Notes
- Bot Permissions: Ensure your bot has the necessary permissions in both the source and destination servers
- Rate Limits: Discord has rate limits on member operations, so large migrations may take some time
- Member Eligibility: Only members who have verified through RestoreCord can be pulled
