Analytics

Track Discord server joins, leaves and verifications with RestoreCord Analytics: member growth charts, firewall activity, pull results and tracking links.

Analytics shows how your Discord servers grow: who verifies, who joins and leaves, what the firewall blocks and how your member pulls perform. It covers every server you own or can access as a sub-user, and it has three tabs: Members, Firewall and Migrations.

Filters and refresh

The bar above the tabs applies to every tab:

ControlWhat it does
ServerAll Servers (the default) or one server. Only shown once you have a server.
Time Range1 Day, 7 Days, 14 Days, 30 Days (the default) or 90 Days. Not every card follows it; see each tab below.
RefreshReloads the data.

New verifications, firewall events and pulls can take a few minutes to appear.

The page only looks back 90 days. There is no export button; use the Analytics API to pull the data into your own tools.

Members tab

Member Activity

The top strip totals Verified, Joined and Left for the selected period, with a bar showing their share. Below it, the Member Activity chart plots the same counts per day.

SeriesWhat it countsPlan
VerifiedPeople who verified through RestoreCord for the first timeEvery plan
JoinedDiscord join events your bot saw, whether or not the person verifiedEvery plan
LeftDiscord leave events your bot sawBusiness
Mass PingDashed markers labelled @everyone (n) on days with messages that pinged @everyone or @hereEnterprise
Members PulledMembers pulled into the selected server, on the day the pull started. Only shown when a pull happened in the period.Every plan

Click a series in the legend to hide or show it. On lower plans, the chart ends with "Upgrade to Business to see leave data, or Enterprise for mass ping markers", and Left in the top strip stays at 0.

Map and Top Countries

A world map shades countries by how many verified members they have, and Top Countries lists the 10 largest. Both count every member record you have now, not just the selected time range.

Countries come from the member's IP address, which is only saved while IP Logging is on. Members who verified with it off are not counted here.

Top Devices & Top Browsers

A double ring chart of the devices and browsers your members verified with: the inner ring is the operating system (Top Devices) and the outer ring is the browser (Top Browsers). Each shows up to 10 entries. It works with IP Logging off. Like the map, it covers all members, not the selected time range.

Lists each tracking link with the number of members who verified through it ("n verified") and a bar compared with your best link. With All Servers selected, the server name appears next to each link.

  • Counts are all-time and only include members you still have. Deleting a member removes them from the count.
  • A member is credited to the link they first verified through. Verifying again through another link does not move them.
  • Deleted links are marked Deleted and stay in the list while they still have members.

With no links, the card reads "No tracking links yet. Create one in your server settings under Extras."

Firewall tab

Totals of every firewall decision on your servers. For a searchable log of one server, use its Activity Logs sub-tab instead.

Go to Analytics › Firewall

CardWhat it showsTime range
Summary stripAllowed, Password Used and Blocked, plus Total Events7, 14, 30 or 90 days
Member Verification ActivityStacked daily bars of Allowed, Blocked and Password UsedAlways the last 7 days
Recent LogsThe 10 latest firewall events, newest firstIgnores the time range

Blocked includes blocks from firewall protections as well as rule denials. Total Events also counts other firewall events, such as wrong passwords and bypass uses, so it can be higher than the three numbers above it added together.

Each Recent Logs entry shows the member's avatar and name, country flag, the action badge (such as ALLOWED, PASSWORD USED, PASSWORD INVALID, or DENIED with a reason such as DENIED VPN) and the time. The IP address appears on Premium or higher, when IP Logging is on. On Free the IP is blurred with an Upgrade to view IP link.

Migrations tab

Results of your member pulls started in the selected time range. For the live counters of a single pull, see Monitor and control a pull.

Go to Analytics › Migrations

Stat or cardWhat it counts
Members JoinedMembers added to the destination server by pulls in the period
Members LeftPulled members who later left the destination server
Total MigrationsPulls started in the period, whatever their status
Retention Rate(Members Joined − Members Left) ÷ Members Joined
Member Flow AnalysisPie of every pull result: Successful, Failed, Banned, Unauthorized, Blacklisted and Max Servers. Results with no members are hidden.
Join to Left RatioPie of Members Joined against Members Left
Recent MigrationsYour 4 latest pulls with server, status, success rate, pulled ÷ total and date

Success rate in Recent Migrations is members pulled ÷ members attempted. Here, attempted means members tried, not counting those already in the server or those in too many servers. The attempts count on the Migrations page includes members in too many servers, so the two can differ.

How the numbers relate

The tabs count different things, so they rarely match each other or your Discord member count.

  • Verified is not your Discord member count. Discord also counts bots and people who never verified, and its count drops when people leave. Leaving your server does not remove a member's RestoreCord record, which is why you can pull them back later.
  • Joined can be higher than Verified. It counts everyone who joined, including people who joined and never verified, and members added by a pull.
  • Verified counts each person once per server. Someone who verifies again keeps their original verification date, so they are not counted twice.
  • Deleted members disappear from the totals. Verified, the map, devices and tracking links are built from the member records you have now. Removing members from the Members page lowers them.
  • Firewall Allowed is not Verified. Allowed counts attempts the firewall let through, including people who verify more than once.
