Members
See who verified in your Discord server on RestoreCord's Verified Members page. Search and filter the list, open member details and remove members.
The Verified Members page lists everyone who verified in your Discord servers through RestoreCord, and whether you can still pull them. Use it to look someone up, check their details, pull them back one by one or clean out members who revoked access.
What a member entry is
A member entry is created when someone completes verification on your verify page. It stores the authorization Discord gave your bot, which is what lets RestoreCord pull them into a server later. Members can verify in several of your servers, and each server gets its own entry.
Every plan has unlimited members. To see what a member agreed to share and how they can remove it, see For Members: Your Data.
Member counts
Three cards at the top count the members that match your current filters:
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Pullable Members | Members not marked unauthorized. These are the members a pull will try to add. |
| Unauthorized Members | Members who no longer authorize your bot. See Unauthorized members. |
| Total Members | Both together. |
On large servers, the totals can take a few minutes to update.
The members list
The Members List shows 20 members per page. Click a row to open the member.
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Username | Avatar, country flag and Discord username. A red shield icon marks an Unauthorized member. |
| Server | The server they verified in. Click it to open that server's settings. |
| Verified | When they verified, as relative time. Hover for the exact date and time. |
| Actions | View, Pull and Delete. See Actions. |
Sorting
Click Username, Server or Verified to sort by that column, and click again to flip the order. The list starts with the most recent verifications first.
Search and filters
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search | The value to look for. Results update shortly after you stop typing. |
| Search Type | What to search by. See the table below. |
| Server | All or one server. Each server shows its member count. |
| Filter by Country | Only members from one country. |
| Filter by Link | Only members who verified through one tracking link. Appears once you pick a single server that has tracking links. |
| Search Type | How it matches |
|---|---|
| Username | Usernames that start with what you type. A leading @ is ignored. |
| Discord ID | One exact Discord user ID. |
| IP Address | One exact IP address. |
| Email Address | Email addresses that start with what you type. |
Filters combine, and the member counts follow them. For example, pick one server and one tracking link to see how many members from that promotion you can still pull.
Member details
Clicking a member opens Member Information. The header shows their Discord banner, avatar, username, Discord ID, Nitro and profile badges. If their authorization still works, opening a member also refreshes their stored username and avatar from Discord. Click the username, the ID or any detail row to copy it.
The Member Information tab groups the stored details:
| Section | Fields |
|---|---|
| Network Information | IP, ISP |
| Location Information | Country, Region, City |
| Device Information | Device (operating system and browser), Provider, Type (connection type) |
| Contact Information | |
| Servers | A View button that lists the Discord servers the member is in |
Which fields you see depends on the server owner's plan:
| Fields | Free | Premium | Business and Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Username, avatar, Discord ID, country flag, verification date | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| IP, Country, Region, City | — | Yes | Yes |
| ISP, Device, Provider, Type, Email | — | — | Yes |
| Servers | — | — | Yes |
Fields your plan doesn't cover are hidden, and the tab asks you to upgrade to Business or higher to view them.
A field reads Unavailable when it was never collected or has been removed:
- IP and location: IP Logging was off when the member verified.
- Email: Access Email was off.
- Any personal detail: the member used Remove My Data on My Data.
The Servers list needs View Server Memberships to have been on when the member verified. The list is fetched from Discord when you click View, and is marked Cached when it was fetched recently.
Actions
Pull a member
Pull in the row menu opens the member. Their Actions tab has the Pull Member form, which adds them to a Discord server your bot is in, with an optional role. See Pull One Member for the steps, role rules and status messages. To pull many members at once, use Pull Members.
Delete a member
Delete in the row menu deletes the member's entry and removes your server's verified role from them in Discord.
- It does not kick or ban them from your Discord server.
- They can no longer be pulled from that server. If they verify again, they get a new entry.
- Only the server owner can delete members, and the server needs a linked bot.
Deleting a member can't be undone.
To stop someone from verifying again, block them with a firewall rule instead.
Unauthorized members
An unauthorized member no longer authorizes your bot, so Discord won't let RestoreCord add them to a server. RestoreCord marks a member unauthorized when:
- They remove your bot under User Settings › Authorized Apps in Discord.
- They click Unauthorize for your server on My Data.
- Discord reports that their authorization is no longer valid, for example during a pull or an authorization check.
Unauthorized members stay in your list, without pull access, until you remove them or they verify again. See What "Authorized" Means for more.
Tools
The Tools menu at the top right of the page has three actions that work on whole servers.
Remove Unauthorized
Deletes every unauthorized member from the servers you choose.
Pick servers
Click Tools › Remove Unauthorized, select one or more servers (or Select All) and click Remove Unauthorized.
Confirm the count
The dialog shows how many members will be deleted. Type that exact number and click Delete.
If the servers have no unauthorized members, the dialog closes with "No unauthorized members found in selected servers." Deleted members are gone for good, but since they couldn't be pulled anyway, your pullable count doesn't change.
Check Authorization
Runs a one-off authorization check on the servers you pick, the same check that OAuth Authorization Checks runs on a schedule. It refreshes every member's authorization:
- Revoked: the member is marked unauthorized and their verify roles are reversed, so the Verified Role is taken away.
- Still authorized: any missing verify roles are put back.
The check runs in the background. Follow it under Running Tasks on the dashboard home page.
Import
Imports members you collected with a different OAuth2 service into one of your servers. It does not pull anyone. The file must be a JSON array, up to 10 MB, with userId, username, accessToken and refreshToken for each member.
- Tokens must belong to your bot: a member is only imported if their token was issued to the bot linked to that server.
- Skipped: members already in the server and duplicate entries.
- Background: the import keeps running after upload and can't be stopped or paused. A server runs one import at a time.
- Owner only: sub-users can't import.
Who can do what
Sub-users only see the servers shared with them, and only what their permissions allow:
| Action | Needs |
|---|---|
| See the list, counts and member header, use the filters, and search by username or Discord ID | View Members |
| See IP, email, location and device | View Member Details (also within the plan limits above) |
| Pull one member | Pull Members and View Members |
| Remove Unauthorized, Check Authorization | Pull Members |
| Delete a member, Import | Server owner only |
API
You can list members, look one up, pull one, delete one and clear unauthorized members with an API key. See the Members API.
