Feedback & Vouches
Collect Discord vouches and server reviews with RestoreCord feedback packs: the /vouch command, a web review form, owner replies and auto-posted embeds.
A feedback pack collects 1–5 star reviews (vouches) for one Discord server, and only verified members can leave them. Members review with /vouch or /feedback in Discord or on a web review form. You reply from the dashboard, post vouches to a channel automatically and show them on your public server page. Feedback packs are free on every plan.
How vouches work
- One pack per server. A pack collects reviews for one server, and a server can only have one pack at a time.
- Verified members only. Only people who verified in your server through RestoreCord can leave a review. Anyone else is asked to verify first.
- One review per account. Each Discord account can leave one review per pack. Submitting again updates the existing review, at most once every 24 hours.
- Rating and message. A review is a 1–5 star rating and a message of 3 to 500 characters. On Premium and above, reviews from the web form can include an image.
- Reviews stay up. Owners can reply to reviews or report them, but can't delete or hide them.

Set up a vouch system
Create a feedback pack
Open Feedbacks and click Create Pack. Give the pack a name of up to 64 characters that your team will recognise. Your first pack is named Server Reviews by default.
Assign it to a server
Open the pack's Manage tab and click Assign to Server under Pack details. You can only choose servers you own. Servers that already have a pack are greyed out, so remove that assignment first.
Turn on the public feedback page
Under Collection & sharing, switch on Public feedback page and click Save changes. This is the same setting as Feedback Page on the server's Extras tab. The web review form only accepts reviews while it is on, and it also controls the reviews section of your public server page.
Let members vouch in Discord
Bot commands follow your server's command permissions, and with no entries only the server owner can use them. Under Permissions on the pack's Manage tab, add your verified role with Add reviews. This grants the same Leave Review permission as Manage Permissions on the Security tab.
Share the review link
Copy the Review form link from Collection & sharing, or use Copy review link on the pack's card. Post it in your server, in tickets or after a sale.
How members leave a vouch
| Where | Link or command | Needs |
|---|---|---|
| In Discord | /vouch or /feedback | The Leave Review permission and an assigned pack |
| Web review form | https://restorecord.com/evaluate/<Discord server ID> | A Discord login, a captcha and the public feedback page switched on |
| Public server page | Leave a Review on https://restorecord.com/server/<Discord server ID> | Opens the web review form |
Both ways save to the same pack, and the member must have verified in your server either way.
In Discord: /vouch and /feedback
/vouch and /feedback start the same flow, and every reply is visible only to the member:
- Pick a rating from 1 to 5.
- Write the review in the pop-up, up to 500 characters.
- Check the preview, then click Submit Vouch (or Submit Feedback). Edit Message reopens the text and Cancel stops.
| Reply | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Verification Required | The member hasn't verified in this server. A Verify button links to your verify page. |
| Existing Review Found | The member already reviewed this server. Their current review is shown with an Edit Review button. |
| Please Wait | The member changed their review less than 24 hours ago. |
| Feedback Not Enabled | No feedback pack is assigned to this server. |
See Bot commands for every command and its permission.
On the web review form
The form asks the member to log in with Discord, choose a star rating, write Your Review and solve a captcha. Then they click Submit Review. If the server owner is on Premium or higher, the form also shows Attach Image (Optional). After submitting, the member is sent back to your public server page.
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Feedback not available | No feedback pack is assigned to this server. |
| Feedback Disabled | The public feedback page is switched off. |
| Cannot Submit Feedback | The member hasn't verified in this server. A Verify button opens your verify page. |
| Captcha Error | The captcha failed or expired. |
Editing a review
Members change their review by submitting again in either place. A member who has already reviewed sees "You already reviewed this server" on the form. Changes are allowed once every 24 hours. Members can't delete a review themselves.
Where reviews show up
| Place | What it shows | Turn it on |
|---|---|---|
| Public server page | Server rating, review count and every review with your replies. Visitors can sort by Most Recent, Highest Rated or Lowest Rated and filter by stars. | Public feedback page |
| Verify page | A carousel of your 10 newest reviews below the verify card | Feedback Carousel |
| Discord channel | An embed for each new review | Auto-post vouches |
/rep in Discord | Your trust score, trust level, total reviews and the 5 most recent reviews | Works once a pack is assigned. Members need Leave Review to run it. |
Reviews don't appear on the Discovery listing cards and don't affect Discovery ranking. The server page and its reviews are covered in Server Discovery.

Trust score
/rep shows a trust score out of 5 with a trust level from Poor to Excellent. It is not a plain average: the trust score weighs your reviews over time. A server with no reviews shows 3.0.
The public server page and the dashboard show the plain average rating instead.
Reply, report and moderation
Open a pack's Reviews tab to work through reviews. It opens on Needs attention, which lists 1–3 star reviews that have no reply yet. All and Replied show the rest. You can also sort, filter by stars or show only Not Replied reviews.
Go to Feedbacks › Pack › Reviews
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Reply | Posts an Owner Response of up to 1,000 characters under the review on your public server page. If the review was auto-posted, the embed is updated too. Each review can have one reply, which you can edit or delete. |
| Also DM the reviewer | Sends your reply to the reviewer as a DM through your bot. The reviewer needs DMs open. |
| Report | Flags an abusive or fake review for RestoreCord staff, with an optional reason of up to 512 characters. Each review can be reported once and is marked Reported. |
Owners can't delete or hide reviews, including negative ones. Reply to give your side, or report reviews that break the rules. Reviews must be first-hand and honest, as required by the Terms of Service.
Deleting a pack permanently deletes all of its reviews, and it can't be undone. Removing the server assignment keeps the reviews, but the review link, public reviews and Discord posting stop working until a server is assigned again.
Auto-post vouches to a channel
Your bot can post every new review to a Discord channel. Set it up on the pack's Manage tab under Discord automation, or on the server's Extras tab under Auto-post vouches. Both edit the same settings.
Go to Extras › Auto-post vouches
- Auto-post new reviews: turn it on and choose a Feedback channel. You can't save with auto-post on and no channel.
- Test channel: posts a test message to check that the bot can post there.
- Reviews from both Discord and the web form are posted. When a review changes or you reply, the bot edits the embed it already posted instead of posting a new one.
The built-in embed shows the reviewer's name and avatar, the star rating, the message, any attached image and your Owner response. Its Reply button opens the review in your dashboard.
Custom feedback design
Replace the built-in embed with your own Message Studio design under Custom feedback design on the Extras tab. Only link buttons are kept in a vouch design. If a design can't be built for a review, the built-in embed is posted instead.
| Variable | Value |
|---|---|
{feedback_username}, {feedback_avatar} | The reviewer's name and avatar URL |
{stars}, {rating}, {rating_max} | The rating as stars (★★★★☆), as a number, and the maximum (5) |
{feedback_message} | The review text |
{feedback_image} | The attached image URL, empty when there is none |
{owner_reply} | Your reply, empty until you reply |
{feedback_url} | A dashboard link for replying to the review |
{feedback_date} | When the review was posted |
Server variables such as {server_name} also work. See Message Studio.

Manage packs in the dashboard
The Feedbacks page shows your overall rating, total reviews and reviews awaiting a reply across all packs. Below that are a card for each pack and your Latest Reviews. Each pack has three tabs:
| Tab | What's on it |
|---|---|
| Overview | Total reviews, reviews awaiting a reply, reported reviews, 14 days of review activity, the rating distribution and the latest reviews. Click a day in the activity chart to see that day's reviews. |
| Reviews | Every review, with the queues, filters and actions described in Reply, report and moderation. |
| Manage | Collection & sharing (links and switches), Pack details (name and server), Discord automation, Permissions and Danger zone. |

Sub-users and permissions
- Feedback packs belong to your account. Only the account that created a pack can open it, reply, report, assign it or delete it, and you can only assign it to a server you own.
- Sub-users with Manage Settings can change the server's Feedback Page and auto-post settings on the Extras tab. See Sub-Users.
- Leave Review is a bot command permission for your Discord members. It controls
/vouch,/feedbackand/rep. The web review form doesn't need it.
